We are pleased to announce the launch of DocuSign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. Specifically designed for Dynamics CRM 2013, this new connector leverages of all the exciting new features Microsoft has built into their updated CRM offering. The combination of DocuSign and Dynamics means you can close business faster and easier than ever.
DocuSign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is available for free on our Partner Solutions Showcase and on the Microsoft PinPoint Marketplace. If you don’t have a DocuSign account, you can sign up for a trial with 50 free envelopes. If you have an account already, you can connect it to your CRM by entering your DocuSign credentials.
DocuSign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 includes many of the features you’re already familiar with – it lets you send documents out for signature directly from an Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, or Quote object. The statuses of the DocuSign envelopes are tracked the entire time within Dynamics CRM 2013, and the signed PDF is automatically attached back to the originating record in Dynamics CRM.

Integrate DocuSign into Custom Business Process Flows
The Dynamics CRM Business Process Flow feature allows users to setup a series of steps related to one or more entities that ensure specific workflows are completed in the CRM system. With DocuSign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, we have created a sample business process related to an opportunity entity; the process guides users to send a contract out for signature using DocuSign when they are in the “Close” phase of a deal.
This field automatically updates to Yes once the contract has been sent. When the customer finishes signing the contract, the “DocuSign: Contract Signed” step automatically updates to Yes in the BPF:
We have included DocuSign-specific fields on the Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity entities so that you can include these DocuSign-related steps in any of your custom business process flows, ensuring you have a complete end-to-end process that you can standardize on across your team.
Yammer Feed Updates on DocuSign Statuses
Yammer is the go to place for all your business updates, so we have also incorporated DocuSign status updates onto the Yammer activity feed so that you have real-time visibility into document status. The feed updates every time a document has been sent or signed and returned to you, so you never have to worry about a lost document again.
