The name of the game is to keep innovating, keep listening to our customers, and keep DocuSign as easy and simple as possible. With the DocuSign Fall`16 Release, we stayed true to our mantra and brought additional functionality to our Standards-Based Signatures suite, the New DocuSign Experience, and our Partner Integrations. Let’s take a look at some highlights for this release:

Adding to the Standards-Based Signatures Suite

Earlier this year at MOMENTUM`16 London, we announced Standards-Based Signatures to help our customers comply with eSignature standards globally. To keep building on what we started, this October we expanding our support for the recent eIDAS regulation with the addition of the EU Advanced Signature. We’re also bringing more partners into our TSP Partner Program. With these enhancements, now you can digitise a wide variety of agreement processes in the EU with the trust and confidence you are complying with eIDAS, while still enjoying the robust functionality you’ve come to expect from DocuSign. Plus, you have complete choice when it comes to using DocuSign-issued certificates or those from a TSP you already know and trust. Expanding Partner Ecosystem

Integrating with popular productivity apps is one of the key ways we help customers achieve rapid ROI and fully-automate business processes. We are constantly adding new capabilities to our pre-built integrations and with this release, we are making significant updates to DocuSign for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and DocuSign for Google.

With User Management, administrators can see when documents are updated and completed in real-time as well as clear and consistent user matching, making it easier to connect users from Dynamics to DocuSign. Customers can also use Custom Activities to manage and automate common tasks when sending documents from custom buttons. This was our number one customer ask for Dynamics so we brought it to you!

Calling out to all our Gmail users: With DocuSign for Google, the latest Chrome Extension enables you to sign and get signatures from others directly from Inbox by Gmail so you don’t ever have to leave your Inbox in order to complete your transactions. (Download the Chrome Extension to use this capability today.)

Enhanced Usability

We are also making strides in our sending experience, releasing new customer-requested features to further help you keep life and business moving forward.

Have you ever been in a situation where you had to come up with a credential that is at least 8 digits long, has to have one symbol, one uppercase, etc? Just like formulating a unique credential, the Access Code Generator randomly creates an access code consisting of letters, numbers, & symbols for your signers to use, so you, the sender, don’t have to! This allows senders to create more secure access codes in just one click.

You’ll also notice the addition of new Color-Coded Fields in the New DocuSign Experience, making it easier for senders to distinguish which fields apply to which recipients when preparing a document for signature.

There we have it for the DocuSign Fall`16 Release! As always, you can find more information regarding this release in the Release Notes. Stay tuned for next quarter, we’ve got some big things up our sleeves (cha-ching)!
