We are bursting with excitement because the DocuSign Spring `17 Release is here and it’s one for the books! We are continuing to deliver on our key themes of providing exceptional user experience, being responsive to our customers and partners, and expanding to international markets.

Exceptional User Experience

Did you hear that? Cha-ching, DocuSign Payments is live! You now have a fast and easy way to collect payments and signatures in just one step. Use cases are practically limitless – from lease agreements and venue rentals to insurance policies and donations. Through our integration with Stripe, signers can pay with Android Pay, Apple Pay or any major credit card.

This is available for our U.S. customers right now in Business Pro and Enterprise Pro plans, but we will be enabling DocuSign Payments for customers in the UK, Canada, and Australia, including support for payments in GBP, CAD, and AUD currencies in March.

Delivering for Customers & Partners

What do Google and DocuSign have in common? We’re both verbs! What’s more, as this partnership gains momentum, we are bringing additional functionality to our DocuSign for Google integration. You can now sign documents in Google Docs, or send them out for signature.

Last quarter, we launched the Personal eHanko to serve customers doing business in Japan by allowing signers to upload and apply a personal Hanko (or kanji name stamp) to represent their signature or approval on a document. Building on existing “upload hanko” functionality, we are now integrating with partner Shachihata to enable signers to “adopt” their digital hanko style.

Investing for Europe

And lastly, we believe “business is global, trust is local”. Therefore, for our customers doing business in the EU, we are adding more Trust Service Providers (TSPs) including IDNow, Swisscom, Firmaprofessional, and itAgile to extend DocuSign’s Standards-Based Signatures offering by bringing third party ID proofing, authentication, and signing.
