Last night in London, TechWorld from IDG honoured DocuSign with an award for ‘Best Mobile Tech for Enterprises’ at the techies.

Now in its second year, the techies champions all that is great about the UK technology sector. TechWorld offered 19 awards to the UK’s best and most unique businesses, products and people, so we’re delighted to have been recognised.

Judged by a team of respected experts, the awards went to forward-thinking individuals and companies that are pushing the boundaries in everything from mobile app development and wearables to security and cloud technology.

Best Mobile Tech for Enterprises

This award was for a company who has either produced or introduced into their company the most innovative mobile technology to help businesses on the move. The judges were impressed with DocuSign’s mobile app, which is allowing over two million people to transact faster and has been made available in 11 languages since its launch.

Signing on the Go

Employment agency REED uses DocuSign’s mobile app to sign on the go. It cut contract preparation time from 30 minutes to just three. Employees don’t have to waste time chasing signatures as every document has its own complete audit trail with reminders being automatically sent to those who need to sign.

REED also executes at least 95% of all new contracts a month via DocuSign. As a result, supplier sign-up speed has improved dramatically, reducing from two weeks to as little as two days.

“The team feels very positive towards the service. The improved user experience provides us with a unique selling point that gives REED a competitive edge when prospecting clients.”

And more is still to come. DocuSign Payments has launched, having been developed in conjunction with international payment processor Stripe, allowing payments to be made via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and Android Pay. Stay tuned.
