What better way to close MOMENTUM’15 London than to celebrate our expansion in EMEA?
In the past year, we have invested 100 million euros in EMEA to expand the Global Trust Network and help take businesses 100% digital, around the world. Last Tuesday marked a significant step on that journey.
Following on from the opening of our new EMEA hub in Dublin earlier this year, we are opening a support centre in the city, to extend our global network, a network based upon the critical foundation of local trust.
Ireland is a great example of us building this international, yet local network. Our Irish customers such as Three Ireland and Solgari are now going to benefit even further from the local support of our team in Dublin. Our goal is to make businesses agile and capable of rapid growth; this local level of support helps us stay true to that mission and allows our customers to reach their goals in a significantly shorter timescale.
To deliver on such promises, ultimately it is down to the people on the ground who make these digital transformations happen. This is why Ireland is so important to us, as a company, we are investing in talent. The new support centre will contribute up to a third of the 100 jobs that we will be creating in Ireland over the next few years and allows us to grow stronger thanks to the vast array of technical talent in the region.
The team in the support centre form another important cog in our EMEA operations. We have established DTM as a standard in the US, in the UK and have seen rapid rates of adoption in Australia. The EMEA hub, operating from London, Dublin, Paris and Tel Aviv is now driving this adoption across the entire region. In 2014, we completed as many successful transactions as we had done in the entire history of the company prior to that date. We are expanding at a significant rate, and the support centre is both a key indicator and a key pillar in making this happen.
We’ve seen Aragon Research state that we are driving what is due to become a $30billion marketplace; that’s exciting to be a part of and we want to share it with more customers and expand our Global Trust Network.
