Every year, we welcome our customers, developers and partners to San Francisco for our annual Momentum 2019 conference. The purpose? To showcase new, groundbreaking ways to simplify and accelerate business, as well as how to get the most out of DocuSign products.

In the meantime, let’s take a look back at the top moments from Momentum in San Francisco.

Interactive product demonstrations

Hundreds of customers visited the expo for an interactive product experience. This included an integrated demo to show how a fictitious company, TreeWork, uses the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to prepare, sign, act on and manage agreements. Attendees also gained insight into smart contracts and how they can help further optimise the agreement process.

Industry perspectives

A range of our customers from different industries shared their experiences around digital transformation and leveraging the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.

Here’s some of the industries we heard from:

Government

We met a panel from all areas of government to talk about how their agencies are using DocuSign to improve citizen’s lives, while reducing costs and making work more efficient.

Healthcare

Nadar Nemati, CIO of QTC, one of the largest providers of pre-employment and disability medical exams is using technology to create a patient-first experience by reducing turnaround time for medical evaluation forms.

QTC transitioned over 750,000 documents annually to electronic signature using DocuSign, reducing average completion time from 32 hours to less than two.

Retail

Jane Ladd, business analyst with eBay, is utilising DocuSign to keep pace with the ever-evolving retail industry, including digitising workflows in HR, procurement, legal and sales.

Product innovation

In the opening keynote, DocuSign Chief Operating Officer, Scott Olrich, speaks more about the term, Systems of Agreement, and our solution to it.

Every company - big or small - has a System of Agreement “whether they know it or not”. Today’s challenge for business is that this System of Agreement is unfit for purpose and not modernised for the speed of today.

What’s more, in the product keynote, DocuSign Chief Product Officer, Ron Hirson, provides a deep dive into our newest innovations from our Summer ’19 release. DocuSign CEO Dan Springer also takes some time on stage to share the story of DocuSign, and you’ll hear him speak at the London conference too.

Protecting the planet

As we always say, every day is earth day at DocuSign. In just one day at Momentum, we saved 2628 single use bottles, diverted 15.77 oz of ocean pollution plastic and 78.84 lbs of landfill waste, saved 1156.32 lbs of emissions and 1497.96 kWh of power.
