Our expanded Trust Centre underscores DocuSign’s top priority: the privacy and security of our customers’ information, documents, and data. With ever-increasing scrutiny on cloud service providers, the trust center provides the necessary transparency for prospects advancing through their due diligence process or for customers seeking assurance that DocuSign’s capabilities in these areas continue to lead the industry.

While the Trust Centre maintains the critical systems status and performance information that reflects the high availability of our service in locations across the globe, the center has been updated to include a fresh design and the following key content areas:

New legal and privacy resources

The Trust Centre has two new categories on legal and privacy. The centre includes DocuSign’s Data Protection and Trust Guide which offers a quick reference piece for clarity, transparency, and guidance on how we protect customer assets. You’ll also find an assortment of agreements, terms, and policies, for easy viewing. In addition, you can see all things GDPR-related, including our Binding Corporate Rules, which were approved earlier this year.

Deeper compliance and security content

Visitors also have access to more robust compliance and security sections, offering more comprehensive information on DocuSign’s approach at your fingertips. Easily access DocuSign’s certifications, geographic recognitions, and public certificates. Learn about DocuSign’s features and configurations, as well as the latest innovations.
