DocuSign lets you send any document for signature – anytime, anywhere, from any device – to save you time and money while eliminating the hassles of printing, faxing, scanning, and overnighting documents for signature..
Did you know you can add signers no matter their location? That means you can have them sign across the table from you in-person or remote whenever and wherever it’s convenient for them.
Getting a signature is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Add In-Person and/or Remote Signers
After importing documents through one of the import options, enter the full name and email address of the person you wish to sign. You can also add your signer through your Contacts. You must enter both name and email to send.
In-Person: Signers who are standing next to you who can sign in person on your iOS device
Remote: Remote signers will receive an email invitation to sign at their convenience
2. Add Your CC, Subject, Note, and Signing Order
Tap on the “CC, Subject, Note, Signing Order” field to customize the email request to your signers.
3. Click Send
Click “Send” when you are done! If you added an In-Person signer, DocuSign Ink will ask you to finish the In-Person signing experience next. You will also receive a notification when the remote signers have completed signing the document.
