Quick Tip Tuesday – Signing Your Document

DocuSign lets you sign your documents anywhere, any time and from any device, helping you finish business faster and get on with the business of life.

Did you know you can review and sign your documents while on the treadmill at the gym, at home on the couch or while in flight via your mobile device without having to print, fax or scan ever again?

Getting a signature is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Import Documents and Tap Sign


Import the documents you wish to sign through one of the import options. When you are done importing, select the “Sign” button.

 

 

2. Add Your Signature Tags

Tap, hold, and drag a tag from the Sigature Tag bar onto the document below.


If you haven’t already created your signature, you will be given the option to draw or import your signature through the DocuSign Ink Capture feature or from Photos.


3. Click Finished when done

Click “Finished” when you are done! DocuSign Ink will create an email for you with your signed document attached. All you need to do is add the email address and send.
