You can quickly, easily, and securely sign in to your DocuSign account using the biometric Apple Touch ID feature on your iPhone 5s, 6, or 6 Plus. After you've set up Touch ID on your iPhone, enabling the feature in the DocuSign mobile app is simple.

Note: For more info on setting up Touch ID on your iPhone, please review the Apple Support Site.

To set up Touch ID authentication for your DocuSign mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. From your DocuSign mobile app, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Touch ID.
  4. Tap the Log In toggle to enable Touch ID authentication.

Note: To lock the DocuSign mobile app when you exit it, tap the Lock on Exit toggle. This will prevent the app from being opened without authentication when you switch between apps or close the app after a session.
  5. Enter your DocuSign password and tap Enable.

Touch ID is now enabled for logging in to your DocuSign Account. Next time you log in to your DocuSign account, you can use your fingerprint instead of your password.
