Sure Office 365 users got a lot of love with some cool productivity-boosting apps, but we’ve got a treat for our SharePoint 2013 on-premise customers.

As part of our DocuSign Winter '15 Release and right in time for holiday cheer, we’ve released a new app for SharePoint 2013 this week that allows you to sign or get signatures on any document stored in a SharePoint document library.

That’s right, you’re able to quickly and easily access DocuSign no matter where you’re working!

Sound enticing? Let’s introduce you to Vanessa, a sales rep, to learn how you’ll own productivity with DocuSign for SharePoint 2013.

Vanessa works with several different customers on a daily basis. Today, she is working with a new customer, Steve, and needs his signature on an NDA before she can continue with conversations.

Vanessa knows her legal team stores all documents in a document library in SharePoint 2013 called "Legal Forms." She goes to that library to view the document.

She sees DocuSign in the ribbon bar of the document library.  She opens it up and chooses the “Get Signatures” option since she needs a signature from Steve.

This opens up DocuSign within SharePoint 2013. Vanessa sees that her admin has already set up a template with pre-defined DocuSign workflow. This means the document is already pre-tagged for her (three cheers for enhanced team collaboration!).

Vanessa specifies her recipients, adds herself as a signer, and sends the document to Steve for signature.

Vanessa can even check the status of her document that's out for signature at any time from the DocuSign statuses list in SharePoint 2013.

Once the document is completed, it is saved back to a dedicated DocuSign Documents folder in Vanessa’s Legal Forms library.

Now that sounds easy!

Get in on the digital action like Vanessa so you can close business faster and get back to what matters most, especially during the holiday season.
