Entering the reception of The Brewery, you were welcomed with DocuSign’s famous branding and yellow logo. DocuSign MOMENTUM EMEA had finally arrived. The Tweet Wall was growing ever busier and anticipation was building as breakfast was served in in the Partner Pavilion and DocuSign Experience. With 500 partners, customers, prospects and employees in attendance and a host of exciting speakers, would #DSM14 live up to the billing that was promised? As much we love to talk about it, I think it’s best to view it through the eyes of the people who made the event what it was. So here’s a roundup of the day’s action – in app posts, pictures and tweets.

Following on from Neil Hudspith’s warm welcome, the DocuSign CEO, Keith Krach greeted a packed main room in his passionate style. There was a lot of excitement around DocuSign’s recent round of funding and admiration for Virgin Galactic (who is sending Keith to space).

The DocuSign founder, Tom Gonser then portrayed the growing use of devices in the modern era and announced that DocuSign data centres will arrive in Europe this year! He was joined on stage by Pascal Colin to discuss the recent partnering with OpenTrust and our continuous innovation with Salesforce’s Melissa Di Donato.

Ryan Cox then covered the DocuSign product vision as he showcased the latest user experience live on stage: easy, fast and intuitive.

DocuSign’s partner ecosystem is a critical component to helping DocuSign customers achieve rapid ROI, fully-automate critical business processes, and maximise the advantages for conducting business in the cloud. They have been fundamental to the overall growth of the organisation and continue to drive us forward with their partnership at #DSM14. The most fun about last week’s event was getting the opportunity to talk to other organisations and partners about DocuSign and the development of Digital Transaction Management (DTM) in EMEA.

Following the first set of breakouts and morning keynotes, a well-deserved break was enjoyed by all during lunch in the Porter Tun, accompanied by music from Raven.

Throughout the day, as DocuSign executives and those of our partnering companies gave their presentations, attendees had very powerful insights and take-aways. Nine different breakouts were held from Salesforce, Good, Microsoft, Xactly and our own DocuSign experts.

We measure our success by our customer’s success. Clients from DavisTate, PainSmith Solicitors and Hurford Salvi Carr provided insight into the future of digital transactions in the property panel. Jesper Frederiksen, the VP & GM of DocuSign EMEA then hosted a customer success panel with Van Gansewinkel Groep, Dun & Bradstreet, SAP and HealthTrust Europe to discuss the challenges of each of their respective use cases and share best practice.

DocuSign’s Chief Legal Officer, Ken Moyle closed with great aplomb by demystifying the myths around electronic and digital signatures in EMEA and re-stating the legality of the DTM platform, receiving a great response as always!

Booth Street West elegantly brought down the lights on the networking reception to complete a fantastic day at DocuSign MOMENTUM EMEA 2014.

We’d like to thank everyone who contributed to another action-packed event and hope you gained plenty of insight into the future of digital business. Look forward seeing you next year!
