Dan has almost 30 years of executive leadership and experience driving innovation and hyper-growth across the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. Prior to DocuSign, Dan served as Chairman and CEO of Responsys (MKTG), where he led the sale of the company to Oracle in 2013 for $1.6 billion. Previously, he was Managing Director of Modem Media and also served as CEO at Telleo, CMO at NextCard, and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard University and an AB in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College.

As the Chief People Officer at DocuSign, Joan leads the company’s global human resource function – including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, total rewards, HR information systems, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, the DocuSign IMPACT Foundation and more.
Joan has more than 25 years of leadership experience in designing and implementing innovative, results-oriented HR programs and best practices that create and inspire cultures of innovation and growth. Most recently, Joan served as SVP of global HR roles at SaaS-industry leaders Marketo and Responsys. Previously, Joan led global HR for ZipRealty, ShoreTel, Zantaz, ABHOW, The Industry Standard, and Softnet Systems – and began her HR career at John Hancock. Joan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albertus Magnus College.

Kirsten Wolberg is the Chief Technology and Operations Officer at DocuSign. Kirsten has over 20 years of industry experience with broad capabilities in Technology Management, Strategy, Product and Operations. She previously worked at PayPal where she held several roles, including Vice President of Technology and Separation Executive, leading the PayPal separation program as part of the eBay/PayPal tax-free split. Kirsten also led Saleforce.com IT as Chief Information Officer. She has held several technology, product and operations roles at companies including Charles Schwab, InnoVentry, and CSC Index.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.

As DocuSign’s Chief Financial Officer, Michael is responsible for overseeing the teams that drive global financial planning and analysis, revenue operations, accounting, procurement and investor relations.
Michael has more than 18 years of CFO experience in high-growth tech companies and a long track record of leading high-performance financial teams to success. Before joining DocuSign, Michael spent more than four years as CFO at FireEye. And prior to his role there, he held CFO roles at several technology companies – including Mimosa Systems, Facebook, IGN Entertainment and SonicWALL. Before SonicWALL, Michael worked as a financial executive at Genesys Telecommunications and NetApp.
Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from Santa Clara University.

As the President of Worldwide Field Operations at DocuSign, Neil brings almost 30 years of experience to the company’s global sales operations teams. Prior to DocuSign, Neil served as the SVP of Human Capital Management for Oracle, where he led sales and cloud professional services for Peoplesoft, JDEdwards, Taleo and Fusion HCM.
Prior to Oracle’s acquisition of Taleo (where Neil was the EVP of worldwide field operations and the chief customer officer), Neil spent the majority of his career with IBM – including roles in Singapore as VP and GM of IBM Software Group for Asia Pacific and Japan, VP of the UK and Ireland, and five years managing the company's emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa and Central Europe.

Reggie Davis leads DocuSign’s award winning legal and risk compliance teams in driving acceptance and adoption of e-signatures and transactions around the world.
Prior to joining DocuSign, Reggie served as general counsel and EVP at Zynga, where he oversaw what was then the third-largest technology IPO in Silicon Valley history and was named “General Counsel of the Year” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Prior to that, Reggie served at Yahoo! as VP Search Quality and Operations, and Associate General Counsel for litigation and security. Prior to Yahoo!, Reggie was a partner at Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft (now Duane Morris). Reggie received his JD from Tulane School of Law and his AB with Honors in European History and Sociology from Harvard University.

Ron has more than 20 years of product management experience in large and entrepreneurial ventures. He was most recently an Entrepreneur in Residence at Khosla Ventures and Mayfield Fund, prior to serving as President at Boku, Inc. (LON:BOKU). Before Boku, Ron was VP, Product Management at AT&T Interactive, where he was responsible for new and existing advertising products. Ron served as VP, Product Management for Ingenio (Acquired: AT&T), and prior to that was Co-Founder CEO of The Digs Interactive (Acquired: iDrive). Ron began his career as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse. Ron is an inventor on 67 issued patents and has over 100 filings.

Scott brings over 25 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of driving innovation, market adoption and hyper-growth to his role at DocuSign. Previously, he held a variety of senior management roles at Responsys alongside Dan Springer—including president of marketing and platform, chief marketing and sales officer, and CMO. Prior to joining Responsys, Scott held strategy, sales, marketing and product management roles at Topica, Spark Online, Accenture and Xerox. Mr. Olrich received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Driven by a passion for changing the way people work through innovation, Tom has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive and technology entrepreneur.
After beginning his career at smaller startups in the Seattle area, Tom spent 16 years at Microsoft where he worked on server and cloud products, finishing his tenure as Vice President of Microsoft’s Commerce Division. Tom returned to his startup roots in 2013 as co-founder and advisor at 9Mile Labs and later served as Vice President of Platform and Infrastructure engineering at Apptio before joining DocuSign. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

As the Chief Technology Officer at DocuSign, Grant is responsible for the core DocuSign customer-facing platform and infrastructure. Grant ensures the company’s platform maintains its carrier-grade availability and bank-grade security, while also being a key contact point for many of our largest and most demanding customers.
Grant has over 20 years of product development experience. Prior to joining DocuSign, he was VP: product development for LexisNexis where he grew sales for a number of products from $6 million in 2000 to $145 million. Prior to LexisNexis, Grant was the director of product development for Primus Knowledge Solutions. Earlier in his career, Grant also held development positions at Halliburton Geophysical Services and Sierra Geophysics, Inc., and has been an instructor at Bellevue Community College.
Grant holds an eMBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

As part of this, he leads global professional services, learning and enablement, and customer support.
Lambert is a proven executive skilled in developing innovative customer and partner success strategies across the lifecycle, and leading global organizations with recurring services and solutions revenues in excess of $1B annually. Prior to his time at DocuSign, Lambert worked with Adobe, most recently as VP and GM of Adobe Global Services, and held various executive roles at McAfee.

Loren Alhadeff is Senior Vice President of North American Sales at DocuSign. Loren joined DocuSign in 2008 bringing with him a breadth of experience in Technology Sales Leadership, Strategy and Operations.
During his tenure at DocuSign, Loren has been actively involved in building the global sales infrastructure as well as designing and building the company’s direct sales team. He is currently responsible for driving growth across all routes to market in North America and is widely credited for developing the sales organization into one of the most respected teams in the industry today.
Loren holds Bachelor’s Degree from Occidental College, and remains active with several boards and universities where he has built formalized business internship programs to help inspire tomorrow’s leaders.

As the SVP of Business Development and Channels, Mark is responsible for the strategic engagement and growth of the company’s global partner and systems integrator ecosystem.
Mark brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in customer- and partner-facing roles in software and services companies in the US, Europe and Asia. He previously led IBM’s global software channel to success. His other previous roles include CMO for Ascential Software and President: Field Operations for Mercator Software. Prior to Mercator, Mark held executive positions at Computer Sciences Corporation and GE Capital IT Solutions.
Mark attended the Auckland University of Technology and Curtin University in Western Australia.

Robin Joy is the Senior Vice President of Digital, Demand and Web Sales at DocuSign. Robin has introduced millions of people to DocuSign via a compelling web experience and award-winning mobile apps. She has built and leads a high-performing team focused on demand generation, digital experience, eCommerce, marketing automation and analytics.
Robin has served in various leadership positions in marketing, sales and general management at companies including Intuit, AltaVista, Clorox, and Odwalla. Robin joined DocuSign in 2012 following a role as VP of Marketing at Caring.com.
Robin graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College and received her MBA from Stanford University. She was awarded a Rotary Scholarship to the University of Melbourne, where she received an MA with honors in Women’s Studies.

He also served as VP of Sales at GetSatisfaction, Ariba, Oracle, and McCormack & Dodge.

Steve has more than 20 years of product marketing and product management experience. Prior to joining DocuSign, he was Group Vice President of Product Management at Oracle, leading product management for the Oracle Marketing Cloud. He joined Oracle as a result of the company’s acquisition of Responsys, where Steve was Senior Vice President of Product Management. Earlier in his career, Steve led one of the Internet’s first consumer research projects (iVALS at SRI International), co-founded two companies (Personify, ExactChoice), and created and led a business within a public company (CNET Intelligent Cross-Sell at CBS Interactive). His products have won numerous awards, and he has appeared in media ranging from The Wall Street Journal to TIME to a variety of industry publications.

Her previous experience also includes accounting and finance leadership positions at Restoration Hardware, Thermage, Fair Isaac & Co., and Arthur Andersen.

Keith J. Krach has served as Chairman of our Board since 2009 and our CEO until 2017.
Under his leadership, DocuSign became the global standard for Digital Transaction Management (DTM) and eSignature with over 200 million users in 188 countries. Keith co-founded Ariba (NASDAQ: ARBA) in 1996, serving as Chairman & CEO. Keith took Ariba public in 2000, ultimately achieving a market capitalization of $34 billion and created the category of B2B e-commerce. Today, over $1 trillion of commerce is transacted annually through the Ariba Network.
Keith began his career at General Motors where he worked at Cadillac, the New York Treasurers Office and Technical Center before being named GM's youngest-ever vice president, at 26. He also was one of the founders of GMF Robotics, a joint venture between GM and Fanuc Robotics. Keith then joined the founding team of Rasna, as COO. Rasna created the category of Mechanical Design Synthesis and was sold for $500 million to Parametric Technology (NASDAQ: PTC).
Keith has served as the Chairman of Purdue’s Board of Trustees; Chairman of Angie’s List (NASDAQ: ANGI); International President of Sigma Chi Fraternity; the first Entrepreneur in Residence at Benchmark Capital. Keith received the Technology Pioneer award at the World Economic Forum; in 2000 and again in 2015, Keith was named EY’s National Entrepreneur of the Year; Red Herring Magazine’s 1998 Top Entrepreneur of the Year and 2015 Most Admired CEO by San Francisco Business Times.

Blake J. Irving has served on our Board of Directors since August 2018. From January 2013 to January 2018, he was the Chief Executive Officer of GoDaddy, Inc. (NYSE: GDDY), a publicly traded domain registrar and web hosting company.
From May 2014 to June 2018, Mr. Irving also served on the board of directors of GoDaddy. From May 2010 to April 2012, Mr. Irving was the Chief Product Officer at Yahoo!, Inc. From January 2009 to May 2010, Mr. Irving was a Professor in the M.B.A. program at Pepperdine University. From 1992 to September 2007, Mr. Irving served in various senior and management roles at Microsoft Corporation (NYSE: MSFT), including most recently as Corporate Vice President of the Windows Live Platform Group.

Enrique T. Salem has served on our board of directors since August 2013. Since July 2014, Mr. Salem has been a Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures, a venture capital firm.
From April 2009 to July 2012, Mr. Salem was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director at Symantec Corp. (NASDAQ: SYMC), an information storage, security and systems management software company. Mr. Salem held various roles at Symantec, including most recently Chief Operating Officer from January 2008 to April 2009. Mr. Salem has been a member of the board of directors and chairman of the compensation committee of FireEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEYE), an enterprise cybersecurity company, since February 2013, and has served as the chairman of the board of directors since March 2017.
Mr. Salem has also served on the board of ForeScout Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSCT), a network security software company since September 2013, and the board of directors of Atlassian Corp. Plc (NASDAQ: TEAM), an enterprise software company, since September 2013. Mr. Salem served on the board of directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP) from 2010 to November 2013.

Inhi Cho Suh has served on our Board of Directors since August 2018. Since January 2018, Ms. Suh has served as the General Manager of Watson Customer Engagement at IBM (NYSE: IBM).
She previously held other roles at IBM, including General Manager for IBM Collaboration Solutions from February 2016 to January 2018; Vice President of Strategy and Business Development from December 2014 to January 2016; and General Manager of Big Data from July 2013 to December 2014. From May 2010 to July 2013, Ms. Suh served as Vice President of Product Management and Strategy of Information Management Software at IBM, and as Vice President of Marketing for Information Management Software from December 2007 to May 2010.
Ms. Suh received a B.S. in Biology, History and Women’s Studies from Duke University, and a J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

John M. Hinshaw has served on our board of directors since December 2014. Mr. Hinshaw served as Executive Vice President of Hewlett Packard (NYSE: HP), an information technology company, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE), an enterprise information technology company, from 2011 to 2016, where he served as Executive Vice President and as Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to that, he was employed by The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA), an aerospace design and manufacturing company, where he served as a Vice President and General Manager from 2010 to 2011, and as Chief Information Officer from 2007 to 2010. From 1993 to 2007, Mr. Hinshaw served in various senior capacities with Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ), a telecommunications company, including as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Verizon Wireless. He has served on the board of directors of Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (NYSE: BK), a financial services company, since 2014, and currently serves as chair of its technology committee. He has also served on the board of directors of Sysco Corporation (NYSE:SYY), a global foodservice distribution company, since April 2018.

Louis J. Lavigne, Jr., has served on our board of directors since July 2013. From 2005 to the present, Mr. Lavigne has been a Managing Director of Lavrite, LLC, a management consulting firm. He has been a Managing Director of Spring Development Group, LLC, a strategic investor, since 2011.
From 1983 to 2005, Mr. Lavigne served in various executive capacities with Genentech, Inc. (NYSE: DNA), a biotechnology company, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2005. He has served on the boards of directors of Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA), a video game company, since 2015, including as audit committee chairman and a member of the compensation committee since 2015, and Lead Director since 2017; Assertio Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASRT), a specialty pharmaceutical company, since 2013, including as compensation committee chairman January 2018 and a member of the audit committee since July 2013; NovoCure Limited (NASDAQ: NVCR), a radiation oncology company, since 2012, including as audit committee chairman since January 2013; Accuray Inc. Mr. Lavigne served as a director of Allergan, Inc. (NYSE: AGN), a healthcare company, from 2005 to 2015, when it was acquired by Actavis plc (NYSE: ACT). He served as a director of BMC Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: BMC), an enterprise systems software company, from 2004 to 2007 and from 2008 to 2013, when it was acquired by a private investor group.

Mary Agnes “Maggie” Wilderotter has served on our board of directors since March 2018. Since August 2016, Ms. Wilderotter has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Grand Reserve Inn, a luxury resort and vineyard.
From November 2004 to April 2016, she served in a number of roles at Frontier Communications Corp. (NASDAQ: FTR), a public telecommunications company, including as Executive Chairman of the board of directors from April 2015 to April 2016; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from January 2006 to April 2015; and President, Chief Executive Officer and a director from 2004 to 2006.
Ms. Wilderotter has served on the boards of directors of Costco Wholesale Corp. (NASDAQ: COST), a wholesale retailer, since October 2015; Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (NYSE: HPE), a technology company, since February 2016; Tanium Inc., an endpoint security and systems management company, since February 2017; Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ: CDNS), an electronic design automation software and engineering services company, since June 2017; and Lyft, Inc., a ride-sharing service company, since June 2018. Mary G. Meeker has served on our board of directors since July 2012. Since December 2010, Ms. Meeker has served as a managing member of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
From 1991 to 2010, Ms. Meeker worked at Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director and Research Analyst. Ms. Meeker currently serves on the boards of directors of LendingClub Corp. (NYSE: LC), a personal finance software company, since June 2012, and Square, Inc. (NYSE: SQ), a mobile payment company, since June 2011.
Ms. Meeker holds a B.A. in Psychology from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Since 2002, Mr. Solvik has been a Managing Director at Sigma Partners, a venture capital firm. Mr. Solvik was a Managing Director of Sigma West, an investment firm, from August 2011 to August 2015. Mr. Solvik was previously Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), an information technology and networking company, where he was employed from January 1993 to March 2003.
Mr. Solvik holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business.

From December 2014 to April 2017, Mr. Singh served on the Executive Board of SAP SE, and as President of Business Networks and Applications, a division of SAP SE (NYSE: SAP), an enterprise applications software company. From February 1996 to December 2014, Mr. Singh was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Concur Technologies, Inc., a business travel and expense management software company, which was acquired by SAP SE in 2014. He has served on the board of directors of Talend SA (NASDAQ: TLND), a provider of cloud integration solutions, since October 2016, and he has been Chairman of the Board since December 2017.
Mr. Singh has served on the board of directors of Washington Federal, Inc. (NASDAQ: WAFD), a bank holding company, since August 2018.
