DocuSign Names Shutterfly and Electronic Arts Exec Peter Navin As Chief HR Officer
Highly Regarded Leader Brings More Than 20 Years Of HR, Operations, and M&A Experience To DocuSign
SAN FRANCISCO – March 24, 2014 – DocuSign Inc. (DocuSign) announced that Peter Navin has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting to Chairman and CEO Keith Krach. Navin brings more than twenty years of human resources, operations, and M&A experience – resulting in award winning high performing, great places to work – to his role at DocuSign.

Navin joins DocuSign following his role as Shutterfly’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources where he was responsible for architecting their award winning culture through leading talent, organization effectiveness, communications, and culture strategies. Navin also led the company’s Real Estate and Workplace Services teams, along with the Shutterfly Foundation.
Prior to Shutterfly, Navin served as VP of HR at Electronic Arts where he had responsibility for the Games Label group and HR M&A. He also served as VP of Corporate Operations and Human Resources at ChemConnect, a venture-backed Internet-based company, and has held HR leadership roles with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., First Physician Care, Inc., and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Navin earned his Bachelor of Arts in American History from Catholic University of America. He currently serves on the board of a non-profit Charter School system.
