New DocuSign Plug-and-Play eSignature Solution Helps Microsoft Dynamics CRM Users Close More Deals Faster
SAN FRANCISCO – October 20, 2011—DocuSign, the global standard for electronic signature, today announced the release of its new plug-and-play sales connector to position Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to close more deals faster with DocuSign’s eSignature solution. The new sales connector, to be released for general availability tomorrow, October 21, 2011, helps Microsoft Dynamics CRM users accelerate sales cycles to earn revenue sooner, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
“Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 delivers a powerful and flexible foundation for partners to build innovative CRM solutions,” said Connor Marsden, U.S. director of CRM Online at Microsoft. “The new electronic signature connector being offered by DocuSign is an example of the value being delivered by our partners to help our customers improve their business processes and increase productivity.”
The DocuSign Sales Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available in the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace. Sales representatives simply download the DocuSign Sales Connector which lights up the “Send with DocuSign” button in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Users then indicate where initials and signatures are needed, and send immediately to close the deal.
DocuSign offers real-time pipeline visibility and control with contract status available directly in Microsoft Dynamics CRM so users always know exactly where a contract is in the process and what needs to be done to close the deal. Once DocuSigned, the contract is returned to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and stored in the Notes of the Opportunity – making the entire process easy, fast, and secure for sales reps and customers.
“Microsoft Dynamics CRM and DocuSign are a winning combination of technologies to drive sales, productivity, and revenue,” said Grant Petersen, chief technology officer at DocuSign. “This new sales connector helps Microsoft Dynamics CRM users finish business faster with DocuSign, the global standard for eSignature.”
DocuSign’s open API and secure platform integrate with dozens of leading customer relationship management (CRM), contract lifecycle management (CLM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other systems.
