How do I get Org Admin?
Org Admin is included in DocuSign eSignature Enterprise Pro edition. If you have another edition, you can add Org Admin capabilities by buying "Access Management with SSO" (for configuring/managing Single Sign-on) and/or "Organization Management" (for multi-account and enterprise user management).
