Momentum UK 2023 highlights
Showcasing the latest in agreement technology innovation
That’s a wrap on DocuSign Momentum UK 2023! We hope you were able to join us, either in person or virtually. If you weren’t, fear not, as this blog will catch you up on all the highlights you might have missed from the day.
DocuSign Momentum took place in London on Tuesday, 21st June. Throughout the day, attendees saw and heard from DocuSign CEO, Allan Thygesen, President of Product & Technology, Inhi Suh, as well as a fantastic line up of customer speakers including HAYS and London Stock Exchange Group who joined us to share their DocuSign experiences.
The start of a new beginning
CEO, Allan Thygesen, kicked off our keynote, and reiterated DocuSign’s mission, to deliver a smarter, easier, more trusted agreement process.
Data, Intelligence, and Orchestration
President of Product & Technology Inhi Suh spoke next, echoing this new era for DocuSign and the new path forward.
“At DocuSign, we are radically reimagining the Agreement Process. We will deliver one that’s fundamentally smarter, easier, and more trusted.”
Inhi described how this shift from old to new is possible because of a combination of three things: data, intelligence and orchestration, and how these three ingredients can be harnessed at every stage of the agreement process.
“Data, intelligence, and orchestration can transform experiences like new customer onboarding with forms and document generation; accelerate ID verification while reducing the risk of fraud; and Improve contract negotiation and collaboration.”
Artificial Intelligence
One of the most highly anticipated themes of the keynote was around DocuSign’s use of Artificial intelligence and what’s to come in this area.
President of Product & Technology, Inhi Suh, explained:
“When you combine the world’s largest set of agreement data, with the building blocks we just highlighted, and recent tremendous leaps in AI, it demonstrates how DocuSign is uniquely positioned to help you leverage the power of agreements for your business. The roadmap you just saw serves as the foundation that will allow DocuSign to bring AI to life.”
Inhi then announced the launch of DocuSign AI Labs… a new program that brings together innovative technologies with changemaking customers and partners, who share our goal of pushing the limits of what’s possible with agreements. Customer Interviews and Awards
Next up, we heard from Dominic Signor, from HAYS, and Alf Deufemia, from London Stock Exchange. Both guests shared, in their own words, their respective journeys with DocuSign and how they are transforming their agreement creation, management, and analysis.
And finally, the winners of our inaugural Global DocuSign Customer Awards were announced. We received more than 100 nominations from 21 countries. We received success stories from companies from many industries and of all sizes, and these stories stood out to our judges for their innovation, best-practice DocuSign implementation, and business impact.
Our 2023 EMEA award winners included:
